The 2015-2016 season is starting in three weeks from this weekend. In that regard, please note the following important info:
HOME DATES NEEDED
: If you have not already provided your home field and dates at which you can play home (assuming you do not have your field available every week), please provide this info to me at firstname.lastname@example.org
. First and second division teams must provide home dates NO LATER than Friday, August 28th as those schedules will be worked on first. All other teams (metro and over-30/36 divisions) must provide home dates NO LATER than Friday, September 4th. If you do not provide home dates, your team may not scheduled home at the dates you wish.
Teams can now register players online on the "team" tab on the website. Please note that some teams (especially metro teams and over 30 division) may be moved to another division as the metro divisions and over-30 alignments are not finalized yet.
For new players, the same system as last season is in place. In other words, once you log into your team page, go to the “maintain team roster” tab. Then go to the “add player to team" tab and then go to “create new player”. You then need to complete the registration form and hit “save”. You will now come to a screen, where you need to upload a picture and ID (PID). The picture must be a color passport size photo. The PID must be a document with a picture and a date of birth on it (such as a drivers license, passport, visa, etc.).
For returning players, after logging in and going to the “maintain team roster” tab and the "add player to team" tab, go to "search for existing player". You can type in the name and then select the player by choosing "add" and "save". For returning players, you do not need to download any forms because all of that is already in the system. However, if the player has moved or changed email address, please modify.
IF YOUR TEAM HAS A NEW TEAM MANAGER: Please have your former team manager change the team contacts to add your name and email. Please note that the login is the email address of the team manager. Please also have your former team manager provide you with the pin number. If you cannot get a hold of your former team manager, please advise and provide the new manager(s) name, phone and email.
